Concerns having the ability for providing a community detention center for Federal juvenile male offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of shall be in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. The counties of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks are considered to be within the Philadelphia area. Estimated total number of mandays for juvenile males is 2,920 mandays. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a December 11, 1995, estimated closing date is o/a February 9, 1996. Contract base period is 24 months with three one-year options to renew. A requirement quantity contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be condidered by this Agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
