This action is to provide 32 hours of Dietitian services each week to cover inpatient and ambulatory care with medical nutrition therapy to include assessment, education, and documentation. Dietitian(s) must be registered/licensed Dietitians or licensed Nutritionists (R.D, L.D., L.N.) and have no complaints (or resolved complaints) filed with the New Mexico Licensing Board. This service is to be provided to the Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Indian Health Service Hospital in San Fidel, New Mexico under a Personal Services contract. A single award is anticipated to result from this solicitation. Solicitation will be issued on or about November 20, 1995.
