R - The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Speical Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), requires the services of a contractor for 12 months with four 12 month option periods to provide administrative support in their discretionary grant application review process. The contractor shall support OSERS in the areas of data processing, recruiting peer reviewers, and organizing review panel logistics for applications submitted in response to discretionay grant announcements published in the Federal Register. The contractor shall also prepare a compendium of awarded (new and continuation) grants. Anticipated issue date is on or about November 30, 1995; closing date is January 5, 1996.
