W -- RENEWAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR PITNEY BOWES POSTAGE MACHINES, MODEL E690, U560 AND ELECTRONIC SCAL MODEL A570 POC Contact Point, Nancy Booth, 202/720-4955, Contracting Officer The Government intends to negotiate with Pitney Bowes, (hereafter referred to as the Vendor) on a sole source basis for service on mailing machines and electronic scale. One year service agreement for E690 mailing machine (40 each), U560 mailing machine (1 each), and A570 electronic scale (41 each). The statutory authority for other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. The anticipated award date is November 30, 1995. See Numbered Note 22. (0313)
