leasing of approximately 150,000 gross square feet of office and
related space. Space must be located within area bounded by or fronting
on the following streets: South by Tamiami Trail, West by Florida
Turnpike, North by 74th Street (Hialeah Expwy), extended Northeast by
U.S. #27 (Okeechobee Road), East by Lejune Road. All services,
supplies, utilities and required tenant partitioning are to be provided
as part of the rental consideration. There will be significant
installation of communications backbone infrastructure by the lessor on
a lump sum payment basis. Phased occupancy. Lease term will be for ten
(10) years. A Solicitation for Offers describing the particulars of
the space requirements will be available for $10.00 on 13 November
