The Project consists of removal/disposal of underground storage tanks and transformers along with installation of aboveground storage tanks for various sites in the Southern California area. The contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract for a period of one year with two option year periods. The work consists of locating, testing, excavating, cleaning, removing and disposing of tanks and piping; removal, cleaning, and disposal of transformers; sampling and analysis of tanks, piping and transformer contents; sampling and analysis of soil, groundwater, rinsate, and decontamination fluids; excavation, removal, transport, treatment, and disposal of contaminated soil and water, conducting environmental monitoring of soil and water associated with tanks piping and transformers and siting, providing, installing storage tanks; upgrading exising tanks and appurtenances. All work is to be performed in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. SIC Code is 1629, Heavy Construction, Except Dredging, N.E.C., $17M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The estimated cost range is $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00.
