Project consists of site preparation work for 2 prefabricated buildings to be used as crew quarters. Site preparation will include clearing and excavation, construction of concrete foundations, relocation of water and sewer lines, electrical service to each structure, and some backfilling. Project site is located in Madison County, Madison RD, Beaverhead NF. Foundations shall be completed and ready for placement of buildings by 6/30/96. An additional 15 days after the buildings are placed will be allowed for grading, landscaping and cleanup. Estimated price range is between S25,000 and S100,000. The package will be available on or about 12/4/95. A separate solicitation is being issued for the supply of the 2 prefabricated buildings and should be available on or about 12/4/95.
