The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required for the expansion of Fire Station No. 7, the work includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel, steel decking, metal fabrications, roof insulation, built-up roofing, flashing, sealants, steel doors and frames, sectional overhead doors, finish hardware, lathing, stucco, painting, plumbing, heating, interior wiring, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm system and incidental related work. Estimated range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The small busines size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
