Addresses of 587 specific Air Force Junior ROTC detachments throughout the United States, Europe and Asia will be provided. This agency intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Aviation Week and Space Technology, P. O. Box 503, Highstown, NJ 08520-9899. A solicitation will be issued on or about 9 January 1996. FOB: Destination for 587 specific addresses. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. A determination by the Government to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
