The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake, CA proposes to procure Professional grade Paint, Paint Accessories, and Coatings through a contract to be awarded under the Small Purchase Electronic Data Interchange (SPEDI) program. The Contractor will perform in an ANSI X.12 EDI environment requiring delivery in 2 days for stock items, and 5 days for non-stock items. Items to be ordered via a computer and received via a computer using commerical off-the-shelf EDI translation software and a certified DoD value added network (VAN) to receive delivery orders using a standard ANSI X.12 Purchase Order 850 Transaction Set. The contract will be a two (2) year firm fixed price requirement's type. Contractor performance is to begin NLT 61 days after award.
