US ARMY COMMAND, CONTROL, COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPUTER (C4); ADVANCE PLANNING BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY The US Army Director of Information Systems for Command, Control, Communications and Computers presents an unclassified Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Tysons Corner, Virginia on November 28-29, 1995. This meeting is structured to provide a comprehensive view of the Army's C4 programs with the procurement opportunities available within each. The Army's programs are augmented with DOD and JCS presentations on subjects linked to these programs. The APBI starts with the DISC 4's vision address entitled, The Future: One Vision, One Architecture, and One Voice. Coverage follows relating to significant aspects of the Army's C4 program and necessary supporting programs.
