This advertisement is for an expression of interest (qualified sources sought) for food service operations at the U.S. Department of Energy's Pantex Plant, located 20 miles Northeast of Amarillo, Texas. Provide Food Service Operations for an employee population of approximately 4,000. Contract will include use of four (4) cafeterias on Pantex Plant. All food is prepared in a main cafeteria, then transported to the satellite cafeterias. Cafeteria service responsibilities include cash and charge collections; equipment; menu preparation for breakfast, brunch and lunch meals; pricing; and, supplies and inventory. In addition to the normal meal schedule, separate periodic breakfasts and luncheons are required. Sanitation requirements are set by Texas Rules and Regulations of Sanitation, Texas Health. Inspection requirements are completed by Pantex Industrial and Medical Departments. All responses to this notice must be received by January 15, 1996 and be directed to Robert A.
