This advertisement is for an expression of interest (qualified sources sought) for reproduction services at the U.S. Department of Energy's Pantex Plant, located 20 miles Northeast of Amarillo, Texas. The Reproduction Services supports plant-wide activities by copying documents, publishing pamphlets and manuals, binding documents and printing with offset printers. In addition the reproduction operation is responsible for enforcing the ``Government Printing and Binding Regulations'' as set forth by the Joint Committee on Printing, Congress of the United States. This involves initiating GPO contracts for applicable work. The contractor will manage the convenience copier lease and maintenance program at Pantex Plant. The contractor will provide for the capability and capacity to generate approximately 23 million copies from 1.3 million originals in 14 thousand orders on an annual basis. Government furnished print shop equipment is available at Pantex Plant. All responses to this notice must be received by January 15, 1996 and be directed to Robert A.
