The requirement is for conversion of a ship's diesel governor test stand from air to electric. Woodward is the OEM for the test stand. The contractor will be required to provide all parts & services necessary for the conversion. The period of performance is from date of award through 18 weeks thereafter. FOB: Origin, Contractor's Facility. Note 22 applies. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Woodward or authorized dealers.
