The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The work includes furnishing all labor, material and equipment as required to install ductwork on three (3) existing air handling units located in the south central fire section of Building 409. Three new dedicated rooftop ventilation units shall also be installed in the North, North Central and South Central Fire Sections of Building 409. Estimated price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Number of days in contract: 200. Number of bid items: One with two construction options. The base bid shall be all work in the South Central Fire Section. Option #1 shall be all work in the North Fire Section. Option #2 shall be all work in the North Central Fire Station. Standard Industrial Classification: 1761 Roofing, Siding and Sheet Metal Work $7.0 Million. This acquisition is unrestricted. (317)
