This project includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and material to rebuild, alter and renovate the Multi-Purpose Building HVAC systems in the multipurpose building including the air handling units, water chiller, condensing units and accessories. The work is located at USCG Station, Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation.
