Work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing locker rooms, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and the installation of a new Endoscopy Suite, which includes installation of electrical equipment, wiring, lights and fixtures, mechanical, HVAC equipment and ductwork, plumbing, piping, including fixtures, walls, doors, glass, cabinetry, hardware, all necessary items required for a complete endoscopy area. The project must be completed according to VA specifications and drawings and have all work performed in accordance with OSHA requirements. Bidder must visit job site and verify all existing conditions, conduct necessary surveys, and make actual measurements to establish the extent and complexity of the work.
