Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish the work indicated on drawings and as stated in specifications or reasonably implied for Project No. 95-1250, ''CWT/TR Housing Renovation.'' Work includes but is not limited to minor demolition of some walls or ceilings, doors, plumbing, carpentry and electrical. Project involves installation of light fixtures, doors, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, plumbing, carpentry, painting, VCT and door hardware. All necessary items required for a completed housing renovation. All work to be performed in accordance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and OBBC requirements and VA standards. Bidders must visit site and verify all existing conditions, conduct surveys, make actual measurements to establish the extent and complexity of the work to be performed.
