This project will provide: a 27,880 sf Training building, a 1280 sf Combat vehicle maintenance facility, a 2120 sf Vehicle maintenance facility, 300 sf of storage facilities for a total of 31,580 sf. Also included: 3000 sy of USMC organizational vehicle parking and 7840 sy of POV parking. The total area for the site is 10 acres. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the suspension of the Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside(SDBSA) program (reference The Under Secretary of Defense memo of 23 October 1995, subject: SDB Utilization Program).
