14 -- START UP & DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE POC Contact, KIMBERLY ALLEN, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract for Phase II Start Up and Diagnostic (SD) Software and maintenance and support for the Advanced TOMAHAWK Weapons Control System. This procurement will include SD Phase II Software, including maintence and support for the United States and the United Kingdom (FMS). This effort shall be performed through 31 December 1997. This effort shall be negotiated on a sole source basis with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, the sole source designer and developer of the Phase I ATWCS SD software, pursant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40140-95.
