This requirement is for one (1) each, House Infra-red Video Electronystagmographic (ENG) System,P/N 39-9060. Also to include the following: 1 EA IR/Video Goggle Assembly and Occular Motor Module, 2 EA Video Monitors, 1 EA House Eye Movement Analyzer, 1 EA Remote Foot Switch, 1 EA VCR, 1 EA P/N 3050/55 Life Tech Bithermal Air Irrigator with air pump and filter to be included. Installation and training shall be held in the ENT Clinic at the Medical Center and four technicians will be trained.
