Jones 301/443-6550 DHHS/PSC/Division of Acquisition Management, ADP Acquisitions Branch has a requirement to provide software maintenance services for SoftSwitch products currently installed in the DIMES network of the Information Technology Service (ITS - formerly Parklawn Computer Center). The Government knows of one source, Lotus Development Corporation (SoftSwitch), 640 Lee Road, Wayne, PA 19087 that has the capability of providing this service. The Contractor shall provide ITS with software maintenance services, new releases and associated technical support for the SoftSwitch connectivity products installed throughout the DIMES network as follows: Central/MVS; Wang Translator; MHS Gateway (Single 1-12); PROFS Gateway (unlimited); DECdx Translator; SNADS Gateway/Higgins (3); DCA Translator; MbS/DEC (18); MbS/Wang Office (18); WordPerfect Translator; Open Addressing Service/MVS; QBM/ABM/MVS; SMTP Gateway/MVS; Application Toolkit; cc:Mail Gateway (18); SNADS Gateway/Banyan (Agency); SNADS Gateway/cc:Mail (12); SNADS Gateway/cc:Mail (4000); X.400 Connector for Central (EMX/2200); and, Open Addressing Services (EMX/2200). The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996 with three (3) twelve-month option periods. No solicitation is available; therefore, any request for such document will be considered an invalid response. Concerns having the ability to provide the services as specified above must submit written notification to demonstrate the ability to satisfy the requirements addressed to the attention of Nickie McKenna, referencing 213-96-0012. If no affirmative responses are received within 45 days from the date this synopsis is published, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the acquisition to Lotus Development Corporation.
