Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for Pre-EMD activities. This contact

failure to respond will not impact any future acquisitions. Based on
the information received from Industry, the Government will plan
accordingly. However, failure to respond may preclude the government
from allowing participation from that particular contractor's hardware
demonstration. Programs currently being supported by other government
technical demonstrations will not be included for the same technical
demonstrations for FOTT. The U.S. Government is not liable for any cost
associated with preparation of any responses to this announcement.
