CORRECTION: DACA83-95-R-0003, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) Contract for Environmental Investigations and Studies at Various Pacific Locations and Areas Within the Responsibility of the Pacific Ocean Division. This project was originally publicized in the CBD dated 1/27/95. Two Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) contracts will be awarded for a base period of one year from the date of award and for two one-year option periods. Services for each contract awarded will be implemented through issuance of individual delivery orders on as-needed basis, with a maximum cumulative contract total for each contract period (base and two options), in the amount of $4.5 Million. The Government obligates itself to a minimum contract amount of $90,000.00 for the base period and $45,000.00 for each option period.
