Calibrate and recertify three SFS-1 Gas Flow Stands to NIST traceable standards. The SFS-1 is a USAF calibrated standard of Laminar Flow Element (LFE) design. The contractor shall procure, calibrate and install master turbine meters in each of three PMEL laboratories, perform data collection and correlation over the entire flow range, and develop a written procedure for the purpose of training AF personnel. The task is to be accomplished within 120 days of contract award. Offerors must have calibration service laboratories capable of NIST traceable gas flow accuracy of 0.5%.
