An estimated 20M to 35M cubic yards of sand from upper turning basin may be used to cap contaminated sediments at SW perimeter of Elliott Bay open water disposal site, centered at latitude 47 degrees, 35 minutes, 41 seconds, and longitude 122 degrees, 21 minutes, 42 seconds, in about 62 meters of water.
