This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1522, General Contractors, residential building other than single family. The work includes design and construction of a Bachelor Enlisted Quarters for the US Naval Station at Annapolis, MD, site improvements, utility connections, ball field relocation and incidental related work. The location of the interior and exterior walls, doors, windows and built-in components shall be as indicated and specified. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Competitive negotiation procedures apply. Contractors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals. The following technical criteria will be required: (1) Relevant Experience/Past Performance; (2) Schedule Management and Control; (3) Corporate Management; (4) Selected Subcontractors. The projected date for issuance of plans and specifications is 28 December 1995. The projected date for receipt of proposals is 30 January 1996.
