Services for the removal of existing duckwork and plenum and replacement of said duckwork. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and demolition of the duckwork and shall provide all the equipement, materials and labor to isntall replacement duckwork to connect the Car Bottom Furnace (CBF) to the plenum of the Central Afterburner (CAB). Work shall be accomplished in accordance with Technical Specifications entitled ''SIOPB-MM-TS, Replace Duckwork at Incinerator Complex, Carbottom Furnace, Central Incinerator Complex'' dated 2 Nov 95. Place of Performance: Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR 71602-9500. The magnitude of said project is between $250,000 and $500,000. RFP DAAA03-96-R-0008 to issue on or about 5 Dec 95 with a closing date on or about 11 Jan 96. This acquisition is being conducted via the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
