The U.S. Army Missile Command proposes to issue a solicitation for engineering services in support of the Threat Simulator Management Office (TSMO) of the U.S. Army Project Manager for Instrumentation, Targets, and Threat Simulators (PM-ITTS). This effort will require performance of mission essential engineering services. Only Nichols Research Corporation (NRC) has the expertise to satisfy the agency's requirements without unnecessary costs and schedule impacts.
