Professional Architect-Engineer services are required for domestic water system renovations based upon recommendations set forth in a domestic water supply study performed under separate contract including but not limited to: Renovation of existing reservoir, new 50,000 minimum gallon back-up reservoir, new reservoir meter house, and new domestic water system to all buildings. This work is to be performed at the Federal Prison Camp, Allenwood, PA. The estimated performance period of the resultant contract is 375 calendar days. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The evaluation criteria for selection and contract award, in descending order of relative importance, as as follows: (1) Proposed project team and organization; (2) Comparable experience and performance; (3) Capability and capacity; (4) Past performance on contracts for Government agencies and/or private industry project. Only those firms residing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and have the capability to perform the services described herein, are requested to submit appropriate date within 30 calendar days from the initial publication date of this announcement. Applicant responses to the aforementioned evaluation criteria shall use Standard Forms 254 and 255, which will form the basis of the initial evaluation of qualifications. The data submitted shall be concise and must address all specific categories listed in the evaluation criteria. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8712, with a size standard of $2,500,000.00. A firm-fixed price contract will result from this acquisition. This is not a request for proposal.
