Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification within 30 days from the date of this synopsis. The General Services Administration intends to obtain switched telecommunications services capable of supporting approximately 332 off-premise main station lines from the local exchange carrier. Space for switching equipment will not be provided. Switched telecommunications services must include switched intercom access to the public message network, and access to FTS 2000 networks and voice mail. Number of lines at individual locations varies from 1 to 177. Service will be from December 31, 1995 to November 30, 1996. Government has authority to terminate agreement within 30 days written notice. See Note 22. GSA intends to acquire tariffed Centrex services (rental only) for a period of approximately 12 months. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning their capability to meet the Government's requirement.
