M -- THE PACIFIC ALASKA RANGE COMPLEX (PARC) SOL F65501-95-R0148 DUE 020196 POC C.D. Mendenhall, Contracting Officer, (907) 552-3110. Sources sought for the Pacific Alaske Range Complex (PARC) Operation and Maintenance. Contract will intergrate the PARC, Stony MOA Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and the Yukon Measurement and Debriefing System Contracts into a single inclusive O&M Contract. PARC provides pilots with a high tech training environment and the O&M of enemy threat simulators, acquisition radars, ground-to-air as well as land mobile radios and support necessary to train daily users of the Eielson ranges and participants in Cope Thunder. Yukon Measurement and Debriefing System (YMDS) provides pilots with a tool to debrief missions flown over the Eielson ranges. It provides for the O&M of equipment located at 25 remote locations within interior Alaska and computer equipment located at both Eielson and Elmendorf AFB. It also provides for the loading of PODS at Eielson and the manning of the central computer and debriefing consoles. Stony MOA provides pilots with a tool to debrief missions flown over Stony MOA. Stony MOA insures PODS are loaded at Elmendorf AFB, remote equipment below the MOA is operated and the central computer debriefing consoles are manned. Contract will be for one base year with four one-year option periods. Estimated release date of final request for proposal (RFP) is 15 Dec 95.
