The contractor shall provide coin/coinless food and drink vending machine service at the Federal Correctional Institution - Low Security, Old NC Highway 75, Butner, North Carolina. The contractor must be able to provide and service the debit card system as prescribed in section B and C of the solicitation. Award of this contract will be for one (1) base year with provisions of four (4) option years. Vending machines will be located inside the secure perimeter of the institution and will service approximately 950 inmates. The successful offeror will supply, service, and stock the installed equipment. The estimated solicitation date is November 29, 1995 with the estimated closing date of December 29, 1995. All responsible sources will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses/Small Disadvantaged Businesses only.
