Furnish all material, labor and supplies (other than Government furnished) for the renovation of approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of office space at Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks, CT. Demolition of 11 rooms to create open office space, removal and replacement of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of ceilings, removal and reinstallation of light fixtures, painting of 2,000 sq. ft. of new walls. Installation of new telephone cables and cable raceways, electrical outlets, switches, minor HVAC ductwork modifications and existing sprinkler system modifications. Removal of existing carpet and installation of 1,150 sq. yards of Government furnished carpet. Remove and reinstall a motorized file cabinet. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Estimated range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for bid packages must be in writing in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable $20 check per set.
