Halloran, DTS-72, (617)494-2502. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is
evaluating technologies currently available for stripping paint from
aircraft. The evaluation will consist of technologies used to strip
paint from aircraft ranging from single/twin engine aircraft to
technologies used on large corporate jet aircraft. The USCG is
requesting information from interested aircraft paint stripping
manufacturers, including international manufacturers with U.S.
representatives, regarding system capabilities and testing to date.
