UNICOR, intends to solicit a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity, delivery order contract for its entire raw materials category of various types and sizes of particle board to be delivered to various Federal Prison Industries FOB destination. The description, item, quantity, and size of particle board will be stipulated in the solicitation. The period of performance is date of award through five (5) years. Economic price adjustment provision included. Delivery acceptance is fifteen (15) days after receipt of each delivery order. This is an all or one requirement to be awarded to one vendor. The guaranteed minimum order equates to the awarded dollar value of 182,113 sheets of particle board and the maximum order quantity is 22,645,432 sheets for the five (5) years.
