notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6.

Provides minimum requirements for radiocommunication equipment in the:
(a) Designated land mobile bands in the frequency range 29.7 MHz to 1
GHz with channel spacings of 12.5 KHz, 20 KHz or 25 KHz in Australia;
(b) link equipment operating in the designated single-channel fixed
service bands in the frequency range 29.7 MHz to 1 GHz with channel
spacings of 12.5 KHz or 25 KHz; and (c) personal mobile, fixed and
repeater equipment operating in the maritime mobile service and used
for on-board communications in the frequency band 450 to 470 MHz. 5.

Analogue Speech (Angle Modulated) Equipment Operating in Land Mobile
and Fixed Service Bands in the Frequency Range 29.7 MHz to 1 GHz
(available in English, 28 pages). 6. Description of content: This
standard applies to analogue speech (angle modulated) equipment
operating in the VHF and UHF land mobile fixed services radio frequency
bands in the range 29.7 MHz to 1 GHz. Limits for frequencies above 520
MHz are under consideration. 7. Objective and rationale: Sets a
standard that addresses the minimum requirements for the assignment of
frequencies for licensing purposes in land mobile and fixed services.
