The Contractor shall furnish dental services at the Angell Civilian Conservation Center. This includes all supervision, labor (including any dental assistant or hygienists), transportation of Contractor's personnel and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, necessary to successfully provide dental services. Optional years may be executed from July 1, of each year until June 30, of the next year, until June 30, 1999. The project is located at 335 N.E. Blodgett Road, Yachats, Oregon. To get to the Center go south on Highway 101, approximately 4 miles from Waldport, turn east on Blodgett Road. The Angell Job Corps is approximately 1/2 mile in from Highway 101.
