A Requirements contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. A Pre-Award Survey will be conducted. An estimated 924 rooms will be needed for the season. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All requests for a solicitation package must be in writing. Bid Opening date will be approximately 1/12/96. Issuance of the solicitation will be about 12/08/95. All requests for solicitation packages should be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer (fp).
