Exterior work includes connecting utilities, asphaltic concrete pavement, chain link fence and gate, turf and site improvements. THE WORK ALSO INCLUDES REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS AND LEAD PAINT. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
