The Missouri National Guard desires a firm fixed price contract for the removal of 17 Underground Storage Tanks (UST's), for Oil Water Separators, one Interceptor Tank and one Oil Pre-Tank. The project also involves the installation of three new oil water separators and the conversion of one existing oil water separator to a detention basin. All work comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations and Missouri Department of Natural Resources guidelines. This work will be performed at the Missouri Air National Guard Base at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, MO. Estimated bid opening date is January 4, 1996. The construction performance period is 210 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required. The deposit must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to U.S. Treasury.
