Related work includes demolition, site grading, excavation, backfill, pavement patching, new concrete sidewalk, 1,114 linear feet of chainlink fence along the large drainage paved ditch and all incidental related work. Cost range is between $25,000.00 and $500,000.00. This is a firm fixed price contract. Period of performance is 270 calendar days. This is not set aside for small business concerns. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 12 December 1995. No charge for first bid package. Bid opening date of 31 January 1996 is approximate.
