This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Interior/Exterior Painting Services Contract at the U.S. Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, tools and materials for the provision of interior and exterior painting at U.S. Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads and other Naval Facilities in Puerto Rico. Naval Station buildings and housing units are mainly of concrete construction but the contract provides for all types of painting surfaces. Contract shall be for a period of one year with options.
