Establishment of a firm, fixed-price requirement contract for purchase of automotive spare parts in support of fleet vehicles and emergency vehicles used by DDRE/DDSP New Cumberland PA, for a one-year period from date of award, with option for one (1) additional twelve-month period. OEMs include Commonwealth Intl, Cumberland Truck, White, Volvo, Sisu USA, Harlan, United, Ottawa, Mitsubishi, KME, Taylor Dunn, Daihatsu, Cushman, Dodge, Ford and GM. Customer's goal is to have one point of contact for all spare parts required, and to be able to accomplish all repairs within 24 hours. All common use parts requested same day; non-common use parts should be available in 24-48 hours. In no case will delivery take more than five (5) working days. It is anticipated that pricing will be based on a percentage discount off manufacturers' price lists. All sedans, vans and pickup trucks are no more than six years old.
