Contractor to provide all labor materials and training to install a postage assessment system at the US Postal Service Material Distribution Center in South River NJ 08877-9998. Contractor will be required to incorporate this system into an integrated storage and distribution system being installed at this site. The system shall consist of PAS Software, conveyors, bar code scanners, weighing systems, data processing equipment and manifesting systems. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and business proposal. Contractors will be evaluated on software, reliability, integration, project plans, past performance, key personnel and overall design as well as price and price related factors. Contractor will have sixty days from the date of award for completion of the project. A preproposal conference will be held on 12/14/95 @ 10:00 AM at the USPS MDC RT 206 Somerville NJ 08877-9998.
