Contractor shall fabricate and assemble a fixture for testing the ink assemblies of stamp cancellation machines. Fabrication includes manufacture of the test bench cabinet assembly and composition of all electronic components in accordance with the Postal Service provided Technical Data Package Drawings. 250 testing units will be shipped to one location. Contractor shall provide first article for inspection 60 days after contract award; USPS will provide written notification of test results within 20 days. Delivery shall begin 60 days after first article approval. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing and received within 10 days of this notice or until supply is exhausted.
