Drums must be DOT Approved, in accordance with Spec 17H, UN 1A2, CFR 49. Drums are to be open top reconditioned, have lids with gasket attached and locking ring with nut and bolt attached to drum. Usage will be for repacking hazard waste and oil spill debris. Award will be based on lowest price to government. Anticipated award date is 30 December 1995. Written quotes are required.
