The award is for a Personal Services Contract of an individual with specialized knowledge of ADP requirements and techniques to select, maintain and modify a wide variety of computer equipment and software to meet the unique systems requirements of the office. Services also require the contractor to develop and administer structured systems training sessions for the IO/OIC staff on the use of specialized ADP equipment and software. The contractor also provides operational assistance and guidance to systems users at specified sites abroad and within the U.S. Services are provided on a daily basis for a contract period of one year with options for additional one year contracts. The contract position has been classified at the GS-11-12 level. Salary will be determined commensurate with educational background, work experience and the GS salary scale at the GS 11-12 level.
