F -- APPLICATIONS FOR INCLUSION ON RESPONSE ACTION Notice is hereby given that the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Underground Storage Tank Division will be accepting additional applications for inclusions on the established list of Response Action Contractors to conduct work at leaking underground motor fuel tank sites eligible for cost reimbursement pursuant to Louisiana's Motor Fuel Underground Tank Trust (R.S. 30:2195). After December 15, 1995, no additions will be made to this approved Response Action Contractors list until March 15, 1996. Only those contractors listed will be authorized to conduct response action activities at sites eligible for reimbursement from the Trust.
