Edwards Air Force Base, California, has a requirement for maintenance of soap dispensers. 2. The period of performance shall be 1 Jan 96 - 30 Sep 96. Service is to be provided monthly during normal duty hours of 0730 to 1630. 3. The contractor shall restock, replace batteries, and service fragrance cabinets once per month. The contractor is to restock soap and fragrance dispensers and change toilet/urinal cleansers. The contractor shall replace all broken fragrance cabinets and soap dispensers. The dispensers for Building 4850 will be provided and installed by the contractor. 4.
